With the ROTODOSING System, an optimum weight is guaranteed for each mold thus solving these problems. The production cycle with the different weights for each mold is guaranteed by dedicated software and supported with a barcode reader that identifies each mold, increases cycle speed and avoids operator errors.
The handling software allows to program for each mold not only the weight, but also the type of material and / or color, in addition if you need a mix of products can be programmed mixtures of materials to obtain special effects (effect wood – effect mud – ancient stone effect).
